Our Future Leaders Academy was founded in 2019 by Angelique Janey. The dream started way back in 2012 when she found out after two successful interviews that she did not receive the job due to her credit history. At the time, Angelique was fresh out of high school and pursuing a career in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She had absolutely NO credit cards or bank loans. She had NEVER checked her credit score and was hurt when she was rejected. 

She researched her credit score and found their where credit cards from 2001, along with almost every other bill you could imagine. It was discovered that the charges were from her mother and made it a challenge to get the transactions removed from after her 18th birthday. It was at this moment that Angelique decided to put programs in place to teach our youth how to prevent these unfortunate events from happening to anyone else.
